Xiaomi’s latest flagship series, the Xiaomi 15 and 15 Pro, has arrived. They are powered by Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and boast top-tier features.
Launched exclusively in China for now, these models could see a global release in 2025.
The Xiaomi 15 Pro features a 6.73-inch LTPO AMOLED display with 2K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and a powerful 6,100mAh battery, while the standard Xiaomi 15 has a 6.36-inch OLED screen and a 5,400mAh battery.
Both models support fast charging: 90W wired and 50W wireless. The Pro variant also includes a larger battery than its predecessor and a new cooling system for sustained performance.
On the camera front, the Pro model sports a Leica-tuned triple-lens setup, including a 50MP primary sensor with 5x zoom. Both devices feature a 32MP front camera for high-quality selfies.
These phones run HyperOS 2, based on Android 15, and promise improved connectivity and AI features. The Xiaomi 15 series starts at around $631 in China, with exclusive editions like the Diamond Edition priced higher.
