When equipped with M3 Pro or M3 Max CPUs, the new 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro models launched today are available in a stunning Space Black finish. And now Apple has begun selling the USB-C to MagSafe 3 cable in the same color as the original Space Black MacBook Pro.
When you purchase the new Space Black MacBook Pro, the cable is included in the package, or you can purchase it separately for $49. Space Grey, Silver, Starlight, and Midnight are the other four colors that now include Space Black.
Apple exclusively offered and shipped USB-C to MagSafe 3 cables in Silver when it introduced MagSafe 3 with the M1 generation of Macs, even if you purchased a Space Grey MacBook Pro. Apple later corrected this with the introduction of the M2 MacBook Air.
As part of their Scary Fast presentation tonight, Apple presented the first Space Black MacBook Pro. The M3, M3 Pro, and M3 Max CPUs, as well as the first M3 iMac, were also unveiled at the event.
