The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, expected to launch in January, is already creating a buzz with new leaked renders. These images, based on CAD files, show a lighter and more streamlined design compared to the Galaxy S24 Ultra.
The new model is rumored to weigh just 219 grams, making it lighter than the S24 Ultra (232g) and even the iPhone 16 Pro Max (227g). It’s also said to have slimmer bezels and a thinner frame.
In terms of specs, the S25 Ultra is likely to keep the same main, 3x telephoto, and 5x telephoto cameras as before. However, there’s an upgrade in the ultrawide camera, which will feature a new 50 MP ISOCELL JN3 sensor.
The phone will reportedly house a 5,000mAh battery and support 45W wired charging. It will be powered by Qualcomm’s upcoming Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset.
The leaked renders also highlight a shift towards a flatter design, moving away from the curved edges seen in previous models.
While these images offer a general idea of the phone’s look, some details, like the camera ring design, are still speculative. We’ll have to wait for the official announcement to get the full picture.
